This floor is equipped with 4 induction furnaces with fully automatic electronic control panel for casting along with 68 centrifugal casting machines.
This floor has 2 CNC machines for precision turning, vertical machining center and special purpose boring machines for cylinder boring, hydraulic and pletau honing machines and centre-less and cylindrical grinding machines for fine grinding.
It has a fully equipped spectrometer lab for chemical and micro structure analysis having compound optical microscope for inspection of material properties. It also has profile projector, surface roughness tester, hardness tester etc.
